This page explains how information submitted through warms.fun is handled.

Information you choose to share

When you join the waitlist or newsletter, we collect your email address. Contact forms also collect the name, company, team size, inquiry details and newsletter preference you provide. Career applications collect your name, email, portfolio link, note and any PDF you upload.

How information is used

Information is used to manage early-access requests, respond to inquiries, review applications and provide updates you request. Submitting a contact inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter unless you choose that option.

Storage and website operation

Form submissions and application files are stored on the server used to host Warms, outside the publicly accessible website directory. Hosting and email services process the information needed to deliver the site and communications. A limited number of recent requests are tracked temporarily to reduce spam.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or stop receiving updates, by emailing hello@warms.fun. Include the email address you used for your submission.
